initial consultation
Let’s get together and talk about your project & your vision. Discuss the scope of the project and your budget. Then we can determine what services you may be in need of and get your project started.
*Note: If lengthy travel is required there may be a small fee for mileage/time.

- Communicating with & Scheduling Contractors & Suppliers

Space Curation
INCLUDES:
- Furniture selections with product images, pricing, and direct links for easy ordering.
- Furniture plan, drawn to scale to guarantee fit and function
- Room Board showing all of your pieces together, ensuring cohesion and the exact look you want!

WINDOW COVERINGS
- Selection meeting
- Access to designer pricing/discounted product
- Custom ordered blinds, shades, drapery, or shutters for your home
- Professional measurements, installation, & product priced per project
$250 designer fee
Partnerships
INCLUDES:
- Full Spec & Model Home Selections with Design Boards for each project
- Custom Home Client Management
- Attend Walkthroughs Onsite with All Subs
- Manage quotes, ordering, and POs for materials from outside vendors
- Ensure all decisions, selections, and costs are made and approved in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule

1. How much do your services cost?
Following an initial consultation, I will price the project based on scope and client needs. In general, I charge a flat rate for project design and an hourly rate for project management services. Both of these fluctuate dependent upon the size of the project (how much design work), and how many hours accrued (length of the project). Investment could range from $500-$10,000.

2. Who do you work with?
I am hired by you, the client. I work directly with you, and alongside the contractor of your choosing. If you do not have a contractor, I have suggestions for professionals I have worked with and can help you through the process of selecting one.

4. Do you offer window covering services?
Yes! I have access to several different brands, including Hunter Douglas & Norman USA - and all kinds of shade types! This service is typically a very quick turnaround from selection, to measuring, to install. Just give me a shout!

5. Do you only work on projects that share the same design style/aesthetic as you?
No. I typically do not turn clients away based on design style. To me, it is still a process of working with materials and determining what will go best together. My goal is always to maintain balance and coordinate tones & colors to create a cohesive and curated looking home.
