Following an initial consultation, I will price the project based on scope and client needs. In general, I charge a flat rate for project design and an hourly rate for project management services. Both of these fluctuate dependent upon the size of the project (how much design work), and how many hours accrued (length of the project). Investment could range from $500-$10,000.
I am hired by you, the client. I work directly with you, and alongside the contractor of your choosing. If you do not have a contractor, I have suggestions for professionals I have worked with and can help you through the process of selecting one.
Yes! I have access to several different brands, including Hunter Douglas & Norman USA - and all kinds of shade types! This service is typically a very quick turnaround from selection, to measuring, to install. Just give me a shout!
No. I typically do not turn clients away based on design style. To me, it is still a process of working with materials and determining what will go best together. My goal is always to maintain balance and coordinate tones & colors to create a cohesive and curated looking home.
